Food products available from the Online Shop can only be made available to our clients in Australia and the delivery will be fulfilled by Australia Post and MacCafferty's Parcel Express.
For all other goods in the Online Shop, the carrier will be Australia Post.
Return Policy
Purpose
This policy is to ensure that the client is aware of the terms and conditions of purchasing goods from the Institute.
Policy
Perishable items
The policy as of 11 August 2000 on the return of perishable goods is the responsibility of Freedom Foods, because they are the only company that is undertaking fulfilment on food items.
Non-Perishable items
Goods supplied by pharmaceutical companies The conditions of sale and return of all items that are supplied by pharmaceutical companies would be controlled by the agreement between the company and the Institute. The Retail manager would need to consider each case on merit.
Other goods
The Retail Manager is responsible for obtaining goods of a high quality
Goods must be checked before they are supplied to clients
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
Faulty products will be replaced by the same product
Credit will only be given under exceptional circumstances
