If you have ticked one or more boxes, then you are at risk of diabetes. Only your doctor can determine if you have diabetes, so see your doctor and ask to be tested for diabetes.
If you have any of the symptoms of diabetes, such as excessive thirst, extreme tiredness, persistent infections, eg. 'thrush', and passing large amounts of urine, please see your doctor as soon as possible.
